Lighthouse Cottage is a freshly remodeled four bedroom, one bath cottage available for weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday) from June 1st through September 1st. Weekend rentals are available from September 2 to May 31. Lighthouse Cottage is nestled in the heart of South Haven, a historical resort town on the shores of Lake Michigan. Terms and Pricing
Only full week rentals are available during the summer season. Dates during the winter season require a 2 night minimum, and holiday weekends during the winter season require a 3 night minimum. Locking in Your DateA signed copy of our “Rental Agreement” and “Release of Liability” along with a 50% down payment of the rental fee is required to book and lock in your date. We also require a security deposit of $350 in the form of a separate check. The security deposit will be voided and returned to you within two weeks after your stay provided there is no damage incurred. The remaining 50% of your fee must be paid two weeks prior to your arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders, credit cards or PayPal. Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel, you must inform us no later then 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. You will receive a refund less a $200 rebooking fee. If you do not give a 30 day cancellation notice then the amount paid will be forfeited. Check inDuring the summer season (June 1 through September 1) the weekly check in time is 5pm Saturday. Check out time is 12pm noon the following Saturday. Weekend check in during the winter season (September 2 through May 31) is Friday at 3pm and check out is Sunday and 12pm noon. Rules
